Employment. The Company shall employ Executive, and Executive hereby accepts employment with the Company, upon the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement for the period beginning on the date hereof and ending as provided in paragraph 4 hereof (the "Employment Period").

The Executive shall devote his full business time, attention, skill and efforts to the performance of his duties hereunder, except during periods of illness or periods of vacation and leaves of absence consistent with Bank policy. The Executive may devote reasonable periods to service as a director or advisor to other organizations, to charitable and community activities, and to managing his personal investments, provided that such activities do not materially interfere with the performance of his duties hereunder and are not in conflict or competitive with, or adverse to, the interests of the Company or the Bank.
Employment. The Little Rock School District, for the 2016-17 school year, agrees to employ him/her, Party of the Second Part, as provided herein: SERVICE: Party of the Second Part agrees to perform services as assigned by the LRSD Superintendent or the employee’s Principal. Primary responsibility TEACHER TIME: The time period covered by this contract is 9.25 Months of school; 190 days of school; From August 08, 2016 To Completion of Contracted Days. COMPENSATION FOR SERVICES: Total compensation under this contract is $48,643.00 CLASSIFICATION: TEACHR-05-7 Regular Amount: $48,643.00 to be paid in 24 installments. The compensation set out in this contract may be increased or decreased to conform to legal fiscal requirements.
