  • In determining whether the proposed Change of Control would result in an increased credit risk, Lender may consider, among other things, changes in Borrower’s management team, employee base, access to equity markets, venture capital support, financial position and/or disposition of intellectual property rights which may reasonably be anticipated as a result of the Change of Control.
